How to use it:

Step 1: Shake the bottle well before use.
Step 2: Unscrew the cap and remove the protective seal.
Step 3: Hold the bottle in an upright position and gently insert the nozzle into the vagina.
Step 4: Squeeze the bottle to release the desired amount of solution.
Step 5: Gently remove the nozzle and discard any remaining solution.
Step 6: Rinse the nozzle thoroughly with clean water and replace the cap.
Step 7: Use the vaginal douche as directed by your healthcare provider or according to the instructions on the packaging.
Step 8: It is recommended to use the vaginal douche once or twice a week or as advised by your healthcare provider.
